These metrics define the standards you can expect when submitting and fulfilling orders through the Rye API. While they represent our present commitments, we are actively investing in infrastructure and monitoring to further improve reliability, reduce latency, and raise performance over time.

API Uptime

We commit to maintaining 99.9% uptime for the API. This means the API will be available and responsive for at least 99.9% of each calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance windows that are communicated in advance.

Definitions

  • Order Reliability – The percentage of orders successfully processed and confirmed without errors.
  • Offer Latency – The mean time it takes to return product offers, including price and availability, after a request.
  • Checkout Latency – The mean time from submitting a checkout request to receiving confirmation that the order was created.
  • Manual Fulfillment – The percentage of orders that require manual processing by Rye’s fulfillment team.
